Jill Dzina joined NAI Daus in 2012 as a property manager and was promoted to assistant vice president and senior property manager in 2014. She is responsible for the management of 23 properties consisting of 32 buildings and over 1.1 million square feet for individual owners, institutional investors and receiverships. Her properties consist of industrial, office, residential and retail space throughout Northeast Ohio. Jill directs the day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety and security, maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, tenant build-out and other operations. She also is responsible for working with tenants to assist with renewals and retention.
