David Bano

David “Dave” Bano had a 35-year career in insurance, rising to the chief of claims at Nationwide. In that role, he was responsible for all claims outcomes, including all litigation.  All those years of experience and situational exposures created the foundation for his second career as an insurance expert witness. 

As a regional vice president, he managed hundreds of sales agents and underwriters. His expert work includes overall insurance agency operations and underwriting practices. If a case falls within the P/C industry in any way, he has the knowledge to be of value, having worked across the entire spectrum of the industry.
