Okay so I was in apartment fire and HUD housing I started a pot of grease and fell asleep no longer than a minute I ran to the kitchen now mind you the grease was not on high it was two when I ran to the kitchen the fire was out of control I called 911 they came they saved my life now mind you I live in HUD housing and they got the fire department report and lied to me saying that in the report it says that the little extinguishers over the stove went off and that was a lie because I went and got to report myself and that was never put in the report because they never went off the fire department with their extinguishers put that fire out and not only that they left me in that apartment for 8 days inhaling that black smoke that I had to go in the ambulance for oxygen for because I cannot breathe so they left me in that apartment for 8 days and then told me I had 8 days to get all my belongings to go to this new apartment they had for me and I had to pay for everything and I was reliable for anything that I left now mind you I lost everything due to that smoke it was on the ceilings everywhere throughout the home and they still made me move my belongings and still pay rent and left me an apartment I could not breathe in and told me they could do nothing until they had something available now they are trying to tell me that I am liable for the fire and I owe them $5,000 and now the apartment that I’m in they tell me is temporarily till I they fix up my apartment now mind you have 11-year-old son and a four year old daughter they had me in a two-bedroom apartment we were overcrowded now they have me in a three bedroom apartment and tell me it’s temporarily and I owe them all this money may you please get back to me and let me know if I have a case thank you
