As dedicated advocates and experienced litigators, the attorneys at the firm provide clients with the passion and skill required for successful resolutions. With a practice focused exclusively on personal injury and criminal defense, they are well-equipped to represent individuals facing the most challenging circumstances. They recognize the profound impact that a sudden injury, the loss of a loved one, or a criminal charge can have on individuals and their families. New partner, Christy Thorson, is a seasoned personal injury attorney with 14 years of experience and has been a valued member of the firm since 2016. In addition to representing clients in personal injury cases, she serves as an arbitrator for automobile no-fault cases through the American Arbitration Association (AAA). A member of the AAA No-Fault Standing Committee, she has played a key role in training new arbitrators.
Thorson is also actively involved in the Minnesota Association for Justice and the Stearns/Benton Bar Association. As a participant in Women Trial Lawyers, she has shared her expertise on no-fault law at the association’s annual conference.
“Christy has really grown here,” Bryant says. “She had a great verdict a couple of months ago. She keeps getting better all the time.”
Sean Sullivan is a dedicated Minnesota criminal defense attorney known for his aggressive advocacy and unwavering commitment to protecting his client’s rights. He represents individuals throughout the Twin Cities metro area and across greater Minnesota, providing strategic and effective legal defense.
“A couple of our criminal lawyers have gone on to become judges and now we have Sean who is an outstanding criminal lawyer and essentially runs our Golden Valley office,” says Bryant.
Tucker Isaacson is a passionate attorney who focuses his practice on both personal injury and criminal defense. He excels at research and writing. He was admitted to practice in 2020 and is excited to prove himself as a new attorney.
“Since joining as a summer intern, Tucker has always brought critical thinking and writing skills to make the firm better,” Bryant says.
The firm’s newest lawyer, Amber R. McCullough, joined the team in January. She practices personal injury litigation, mediation and no-fault arbitration. She also represents incapacitated individuals in commitment, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
Finding good people is a challenge—keeping them is even harder. One of the clearest indicators of a positive work environment is employee retention, and by that measure, Bradshaw & Bryant sets a high standard. The firm’s support staff alone has an average tenure of 12 to 15 years, a testament to both the workplace culture and the dedication of the team.
“I cannot tell you how much I value these people, and their consistency makes a real difference for our clients,” he says. “Much of our success is due to our support staff. Our paralegals are not only extremely talented and knowledgeable, but just as importantly, they understand how to treat our clients. They are empathetic, deeply attuned to what these victims are going through, and genuinely committed to helping them.
“Everyone is important,” adds Bryant. “You know, your receptionist could be your most important person because if they do a bad job people won’t come through the door.”
The team at Bradshaw & Bryant remain committed to providing compassionate, results-driven representation. Whether advocating for a client in court or fighting for legislative change, Bryant continues to embody the principles that first drew him to the legal profession – justice, advocacy, and the relentless pursuit of fairness for those who need it most.
