LOS ANGELES, CA—Cozen O’Connor today announced litigator Theresa Nolan — who brings extensive experience managing technically complex multi-party litigation involving major commercial and infrastructure projects — has joined its North American Construction Law Group. Nolan, who comes to the firm from Gowling WLG in Calgary, Alberta, joins Cozen O’Connor as a member and will work out of its Los Angeles office. Nolan focuses her practice on representing developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other construction-industry-related entities in disputes arising from major infrastructure and commercial developments.
