SACRAMENTO, CA—JAMS announced that Hon. Curtis M. Fiorini (Ret.) has joined its panel. Judge Fiorini joins JAMS following more than 30 years of legal experience, including more than 15 years on the Sacramento County Superior Court. Based in the Sacramento Resolution Center, Judge Fiorini will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and neutral evaluator, handling business and commercial, employment, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, construction defect, automotive, lemon law, and trusts and estates disputes. He is available to conduct sessions in person, as well as virtually, for clients across the country.
