JERSEY CITY, NJ—To support the continued growth of its Labor & Employment Law Group and meet evolving client needs, Connell Foley LLP has appointed Alexa C. Salcito as Co-Chair. Salcito joins Michael A. Shadiack, the group’s longtime leader, and will oversee its employment litigation practice, reinforcing a coordinated approach to counseling and litigation.
Connell Foley’s Labor & Employment Law Group represents employers in workplace disputes and litigation and advises on personnel matters, compliance, policies, training and risk management. Salcito will help direct litigation strategy, staffing and case management, while Shadiack will continue to lead the group’s counseling, compliance, training and advisory services and defend clients in litigation.
