This program will focus attention on the procedural issues related to habeas petitions. This is an area of criminal law practice that is not often well understood. This program will be useful for habeas practitioners and their staff, and for trial lawyers and their staff who want to steer clear of post-trial problems.
This program is funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Thanks to this grant, the program is offered tuition-FREE this year to most attendees.
