Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West business law firm, announced Rhett Billingsley has joined the firm’s natural resources, energy and environmental practice. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior attorney at Central Arizona Project.

Billingsley is based in the Phoenix office and focuses on working with clients on water transactions, water planning, environmental permit litigation, and water adjudications. He also represents clients in administrative and judicial appeals, general stream adjudications and other complex water litigation. Billingsley earned his J.D. and B.S. from Arizona State University.
