SAN FRANCISCO, CA—Buchalter is thrilled to welcome new Corporate Law Shareholder Jenni Krengel as Chair of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. She will work out of both the Firm’s San Francisco and Sacramento offices.
Krengel advises clients on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation, including the design, compliance, and operation of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and nonqualified plans. Her new position as Chair along with her impressive work as tax and benefits counsel makes her a significant addition.
