CAPITOLA, CA—Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that Angela Healy has been promoted to Program Director of Littler CaseSmart® (LCS) – Charges. She will join the LCS leadership team that includes Executive Program Director Erik C. Johnson; Emily Morris, Program Director for LCS – Single Plaintiff Litigation; and Meg Coppley, Program Director for LCS – Class Action.
Healy has been a member of the LCS team since 2016 – first as an LCS Counsel focused on administrative agency charges and later in managerial roles, including Team Lead, and, most recently, Program Manager for LCS – Charges. Her role involves ensuring successful implementations of the LCS platform and managing client relations; providing financial oversight for administrative agency charges; and hiring, training and supervising an experienced team of LCS Counsel.
Healy has nearly two decades of experience practicing employment law and served as a shareholder at Littler earlier in her career. She has defended employers in a range of litigation matters, including complaints of harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination; breach of employment contract cases and whistleblower allegations. Healy’s background also includes extensive experience handling administrative agency charges from investigation to conclusion.
