LOS ANGELES – Attorneys have filed a federal lawsuit in Los Angeles, California on behalf of a young athlete alleging sexual abuse by Shawn Miller, a former coach at CheerForce Simi Valley cheerleading gym in Moorpark, California. This is the latest in a series of sexual abuse lawsuits the attorneys at the South Carolina-based Strom Law Firm have filed against competitive cheerleading coaches and gyms this year in seven different states.
The abuse survivor is represented by attorneys Bakari Sellers, Jessica Fickling, Alexandra Benevento from the Strom Law Firm, LLC as well as Jessica Pride of the Pride Law Firm
