LOS ANGELES, CA—Attorney Ilana M. Kaufman has been promoted to the position of Partner at Miller Law Partners, a business and employment law firm based in Woodland Hills, according to Lee Miller, Managing Partner of the firm.
Kaufman has been with the firm since its opening in January 2018, with her practice focused on representing and counseling employers in a wide range of employment law matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and individual and class action wage and hour lawsuits. Ilana brings a client focused approach to the practice of law, helping the firm’s clients navigate the most complex business and employment issues to successful outcomes.
Kaufman has been recognized as a Southern California “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers in 2019, 2020 and 2021, a distinction given to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state. She regularly advises employers on all aspects of employment relations and compliance, wage and hour compliance, employment policies and personnel matters, as well as harassment and discrimination prevention.
