JACKSONVILLE, FL—The McGowan Law Firm is pleased to announce that attorney Jonathan A. McGowan’s chapter in “Impact Investing and Social Enterprises: Global Progress and Challenges” was released last week by ABA Publishing.
The book focuses on key issues in impact investing, including legal structure, measurement and reporting, forming an impact investment fund, and doing the deal.
McGowan authored the chapter on impact investing in the United Kingdom.
McGowan practices in business law, government affairs, and legal development. This is his second book. Earlier this year, he authored/ edited “Florida’s Constitution: 1812 – Present”, a curated collection of Florida’s constitutions and subsequent amendments, starting with the first territorial constitution.
