MIAMI, FL—Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce the promotion of two attorneys in the Miami Office to members: Jordan D. Chisolm and Arielle Eisenberg. Firmwide, 29 attorneys were promoted in total.
Chisolm focuses his practice on business and corporate matters. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, emerging businesses and venture capital, entity formation, financings, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.
Eisenberg focuses her practice on labor and employment, specifically Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and retaliation. She also counsels clients on decisions regarding hiring, accommodations, discipline, and pay issues under the FLSA and conducts human resource trainings.
