Littler Expands to Denmark, Adds Partner Bo Enevold Uhrenfeldt

COPENHAGEN, DENMARK—Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has further expanded its European presence with a move into Denmark. Bo Enevold Uhrenfeldt, who joined the firm as a partner, will lead the new office in Copenhagen, which will operate under the name, Littler | enevold. He joins Littler along with associate Christian Bonne Rasmussen and two legal trainees who will also be based in the Copenhagen office.

Enevold Uhrenfeldt, who prior to founding Littler | enevold was a partner with Skau Reipurth, has nearly 20 years of experience practicing employment and labor law. He advises employers on compliance with workplace health and safety laws and on labor relations matters, including negotiating collective bargaining agreements and labor clauses related to public procurement. Enevold Uhrenfeldt also counsels clients on the employment aspects of transfers of undertakings, outsourcing agreements, corporate reorganizations, and mass redundancies.

An experienced litigator, Enevold Uhrenfeldt defends clients before the civil courts and industrial arbitration tribunals in Denmark, as well as the Danish Labour Court and the Danish Board of Dismissals. He also advises companies on hiring foreign employees, including issues related to work permits and independent contractor classification.
