PARSIPPANY, NJ—Elizabeth C. Yoo has joined Day Pitney LLP as a Corporate Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Business Law department and a resident in the firm’s New Jersey office. Yoo is the second Corporate Partner to join the firm this year, following Laurence M. Smith’s arrival from Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC earlier this month.
Yoo has experience in a broad range of corporate transactions and represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, stock and asset sales, restructurings, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances.
