The new partners, who are based in Boston, Florida, New Jersey, and New York, are:

Gregory R. Bruno (Complex Commercial Litigation; New York) represents both institutional and individual clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Stephen R. Catanzaro (Complex Commercial Litigation; New Jersey) advises and represents clients in real estate and business litigation matters, as well as a broad range of other commercial disputes.

Heidi A. Seely (Trusts and Estates; Boston) assists individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration.

A. Michael Wargon (Trusts and Estates; Boca Raton) represents successful and high net worth individuals and their families in the areas of wills and trusts, estate and gift tax planning, income tax planning, state tax matters, business structuring and succession planning, special needs planning, and creditor protection planning.
