WASHINGTON, DC—Miller & Chevalier Chartered is pleased to announce the addition of Joanne Roskey to its ERISA & Employee Benefits practice as a Member. Roskey joins the firm from the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), where she served as Chief of the Division of Health Investigations.
Roskey brings over two decades of government and private practice experience to Miller & Chevalier. In her most recent role as Chief of the Division of Health Investigations for the DOL, Roskey led the strategic planning and oversight of EBSA’s health plan enforcement program and implemented, monitored, and assessed compliance with national enforcement plans carried out by 10 regional offices across the country.
At Miller & Chevalier, Roskey will advise clients in government investigations, compliance, and litigation across a wide range of employee benefits matters.
