ATLANTA, GA—Barnes & Thornburg announced today the addition of John J. Ginley III and Marc R. Bulson as partners in the firm’s Atlanta office. Ginley and Bulson join the firm’s Real Estate Department from one of the five largest law firms in Atlanta.
Ginley concentrates his practice on real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, preferred equity transactions, commercial leasing, and real estate investment trust (REIT) mergers and acquisitions.
Bulson represents clients in virtually all stages of real estate development, acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing.
