LEXINGTON, KY—Stites & Harbison, PLLC announced today that two Kentucky attorneys have been promoted to Member (Partner). The promotions are effective January 1, 2024. The new Members (Partners) include:
Katie M. Glass is based in the Lexington and Frankfort, Ky., offices and is member of the Business Litigation Service Group. Glass’s practice primarily involves advising the firm’s utility clients on a wide variety of complex regulatory and administrative law matters. Glass works closely with clients to ensure that they are complying with Kentucky law in a heavily regulated and vital industry. Glass also has gained experience throughout her career in a wide variety of other areas of the law, including general civil litigation, appeals, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy.
Drake W. Staples is based in the Lexington, Ky., office and is member of the Construction Service Group. Staples is an experienced construction lawyer with a proven track record handling transactional matters and disputes for a diverse clientele, including owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals. He also has extensive experience drafting, negotiating and managing construction and vendor contracts for data center developers throughout the United States.
