Kugell presented on the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) webinar, “DC Briefing: Impact of the Mid-Term Election on Federal Enforcement of the Workplace,” on November 15, 2022. Kugell was one of a panel of leading employment lawyers who shared their expertise on how changes in the U.S. Congress will affect employment and labor law issues.

They discussed key topics, ranging from increased Congressional oversight, to the prospects for critical proposed regulations, to the fate of key nominees to the EEOC and the Department of Labor. This was the fourth webinar in ELA’s DC Briefings series, which is designed to help organizations with US employees navigate the latest developments from Washington, D.C.
