LOUISVILLE, KY—Stites & Harbison, PLLC is pleased to announce that attorney K. Kelly White Bryant has been promoted to Chair of the firm’s Health Care Service Group. Bryant previously served as Co-Chair of the group with Janet A. Craig for two years. Prior to that, Craig served as Chair of the Health Care and Insurance Regulatory Service Groups for 13 years. Both Craig and Bryant will continue their diverse legal practices in health care and insurance regulatory law.
Bryant is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison based in the Louisville office. Her practice is devoted to health law, focusing on regulatory, transactional and certificate of need matters. Bryant’s health law experience also includes: compliance guidance; fraud and abuse analysis; physician self-referral issues; hospital/physician contracting; representation before the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure and other licensing agencies; and reimbursement issues.
