NEW YORK, NY—FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce Jill A. Guldin has been promoted with immediate effect to Assistant General Counsel, joining the Firm’s General Counsel Office.
In this role, she will be working closely with Global General Counsel, Joel Ferdinand, and Assistant General Counsel, Landon Speights, strengthening the Firm’s compliance and risk management efforts.
Jill has been a partner at FisherBroyles for over five years, concentrating on complex commercial litigation and business-related litigation matters including minority shareholder and intra-company disputes, shareholders’ rights and derivative litigation, restrictive covenants, contract disputes, ERISA litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and product liability cases. She has represented businesses, executives, professionals, and other individuals in both federal and state courts.
Other areas of expertise include white-collar criminal defense matters and parallel civil actions, medical malpractice, and personal injury.
Before joining FisherBroyles, Jill was a partner at Lauletta Birnbaum, LLC, in New Jersey and an attorney at Fox Rothschild, LLP, in Philadelphia.
